When should I expect delivery?
If you are out of our local delivery radius provided on our website (100 miles from our Arroyo, Grande warehouse) please call 805-343-1050 for an accurate delivery quote. We look forward to assisting you!
- The collected delivery fee is the starting rate. Additional fees may be collected at the point of scheduling for things such as stairs, complicated deliveries, installs, etc.
- All delivery is curbside LTL (unless otherwise noted).
- We can ship anywhere in the US using 3rd party, LTL services. Call for quotes.
Larger furniture items (such as sideboards, sofas, cabinets, etc…) are shipped using our in-house delivery service to addresses within a 200 mile radius. If your address is outside our 200 mile radius, your item will be delivered using a 3rd party delivery service. You will be contacted by our delivery coordinator in 1-2 business days from the time you place your order to schedule your delivery. Lead times for delivery are usually 1-3 weeks depending on location.
Accessories and small goods that can ship via standard shipping methods (USPS, UPS, FedEx) will ship out in 1-2 business days.
HabitatHomeAndGarden.com delivers and ships items Monday-Friday, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the continental U.S.
Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?
Yes - If you would like to pickup your items please choose the pickup option at the time of placing your order. Pickup is available at no charge. Our delivery coordinator will be in contact with you within 1-2 business days after order is placed to schedule pickup from our Arroyo Grande, CA warehouse. Please call (805-343-1050) with any questions regarding pickup.
May I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order up until the point of shipment. Once the item has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. If you would like to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office at 1-805-343-1050.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you would like to return any item/s from your order, you must do so within 7 days of receiving that order. Items should be returned in either the same, or equivalent packaging as originally received. Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.
How do I return my order?

We can only accept returns on goods ordered from HabitatHomeAndGarden.Com. Clearance items are non-refundable.
If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:
*For small items shipped via standard shipping methods (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Within 7 days of receiving the order, re-package your order in the same, or equivalent, packing material as originally delivered to you.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless items were received damaged or a shipping error was made by Habitat Home & Garden. If this is the case please contact Habitat Home & Garden upon receipt. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your return or send it in a traceable method. HabitatHomeAndGarden.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse.

How long will the return process take?
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
- The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
- Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
- Depending on the credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
