This return policy applies to online orders only.

Can I return my order?

We can only accept returns on goods ordered from habitathomeandgarden.com

  • All items must be in new condition to be eligible for return/exchange. Habitat Home & Garden reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges for items that are not in as-new condition.
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning an order.

Are any items Final Sale?

Yes. Items that are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund are as follows:

  • Delivery fees
  • Labor/Install Fees
  • Sale/Discounted items (indicated on the website and invoice as “FINAL SALE”)
  • Select vintage, one-of-a-kind items (indicated on the website and invoice as “FINAL SALE”)

How do I return my order?

  • To return an order, please email returns@hhgstore.com or call our office at 1-805-343-1050 ext 3. (Hours of Operations: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST)

What if the item(s) delivered is incorrect or damaged?

If any items received are incorrect or damaged, please submit your claim to us within 2 business days of receiving your goods by emailing returns@hhgstore.com. Please include your receipt and supporting photos. Claims submitted after 2 business days will not be eligible for an exchange or return. 

How long will it take to receive my refund?

  • Our warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
  • If in new condition, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the item back.
  • Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

    We are deeply saddened by the devastation caused by the recent fires throughout Los Angeles, including our local communities of Malibu and Pacific Palisades. We want to extend our heartfelt sympathy to everyone affected. To support those impacted, we are offering a 30% discount on all products to those impacted by the fires throughout Southern California. Please fill out the form below, and our team will provide you with a discount code that can be used both in-store or online. While this is a challenging time for us as well, with uncertainty surrounding our own business in Malibu, we are grateful that our building has survived and are committed to doing what we can to help.
