Can I return my order?

We can only accept returns on goods ordered from

  • All items must be in new condition to be eligible for return/exchange. Habitat Home & Garden reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges for items that are not in as-new condition.
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning an order.

Are any items Final Sale?

Yes. Items that are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund are as follows:

  • Delivery fees
  • Labor/Install Fees
  • Sale/Discounted items (indicated on the website and invoice as “FINAL SALE”)
  • Select vintage, one-of-a-kind items (indicated on the website and invoice as “FINAL SALE”)

How do I return my order?

What if the item(s) delivered is incorrect or damaged?

If any items received are incorrect or damaged, please submit your claim to us within 2 business days of receiving your goods by emailing Please include your receipt and supporting photos. Claims submitted after 2 business days will not be eligible for an exchange or return. 

How long will it take to receive my refund?

  • Our warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
  • If in new condition, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the item back.
  • Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
