Can I return my order? |
We can only accept returns on goods ordered from habitathomeandgarden.com All items must be in new condition to be eligible for return/exchange. Habitat Home & Garden reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges for items that are not in as-new condition. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning an order. Our return policy is as follows:

How do I return my order? |
To return an order, please email returns@hhgstore.com or call our office at 1-805-343-1050 ext 3 (Hours of Operations: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST) | ||||||||||
What if the item(s) delivered is incorrect or damaged? |
If any items received are incorrect or damaged, please submit your claim to us within 3 business days of receiving your goods by emailing returns@hhgstore.com. Please include your receipt and supporting photos. Claims submitted after 2 business days will not be eligible for an exchange or return. | ||||||||||
How long will it take to receive my refund? |
Our warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns. If in new condition, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the item back. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. |
