Local Delivery - If you are receiving local delivery, Habitat Home & Garden will facilitate White Glove Delivery services using our In-House Delivery Team. Domestic Delivery - For non-local deliveries, your delivery will be facilitated through our 3rd party network of white-glove delivery services. Pack & Ship - Items that can be safely packaged and shipped via a third-party package carrier such as UPS or FedEx have a delivery fee calculated at checkout based on the item(s) subtotal. |

| Return Fees |
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Please reach out to orders@hhgstore.com to initiate a return. Our team can provide you with a quote for return shipping, which will be automatically deducted from the return credit. Please note delivery fees are non- refundable unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. It's important to note that we subsidize our initial delivery shipping fees, however we do not subsidize return shipping fees, so please expect a higher quote for return shipping than the initial order shipping fee. |
